Modern doll making classes are held at the following times:
* Thursday Mornings 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
* Thursday Afternoons 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
* Thursday Evenings 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
* Saturdays Mornings 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Judy Kitchen instructs our modern doll making classes, taking in folks who are new to doll making and those who are a bit more experienced. Classes are offered for all experience levels. In our classes you will not only learn how to paint a doll, but also will learn how to set the eyes and assemble it. Classes are $13.00 per class. Greenware (material that you will learn to clean, paint, and assemble into a doll) and firing fees are extra and are paid for at time of signup. Paints, brushes, cleaning supplies, armatures, bodies, eyes, wigs, and clothing are all available at the shop for additional fees. All doll making classes are ongoing, therefore you may start at any time. We do ask that if you plan on starting class please come in a week before the day you wish to start to pick out the doll you wish to make. This is to ensure that we have your greenware in stock and ready for you the day you plan to begin class. Our average student takes about 6-8 weeks to complete a doll.
